Fran's passion for sewing began in the seventh grade when she learned to sew a skirt by hand.  Over the years, her skills have progressed from that first skirt to her wedding gown to numerous apparel and home projects for herself and others.   She has assembled on this site a collection of creative accessories for the home and wardrobe.  The collection ranges from simple to complex contemporary and traditional one-of-a-kind patchwork and limited edition pieces.  A labor of love, the design and sewing is done personally by Fran in her studio in McLean, Virginia.
